Are there any hidden costs or catches ?

No. There are absolutely no costs or fees for you to pay whatsoever. We offer free valuations and we do not charge for any part of our service throughout the whole sale process. We even pay up to £1,000 of your legal bills. You have a guaranteed buyer of your property, which of course is us, so you need not worry about any of the uncertainties of the commerical chain and market anymore. However, we do offer to buy your property at a reduced market value which is typically 70 - 90% of what the property could be sold for on the open market.

How long does a sale take ? - commercial property

If speed is important to you we can usually exchange within 7 days, or even less, or more, if you need. We'll work closely with you throughout the whole sales process, keeping you up to date with the status, and recommend solicitors who we know will act quickly too.
