Equity Release - Are there any hidden costs or catches ?
No. There are absolutely no costs or fees for you to pay whatsoever. We offer free valuations and we do not charge for any part of our service throughout the whole sale process. We even pay up to £500 of your legal bills. You have a guaranteed buyer of your property, which of course is us, so you need not worry about any of the uncertainties of the housing chain and market anymore. Equity Release - How long does a sale take ?
If speed is important to you we can usually exchange within 7 days, or even less, or more, if you need. We'll work closely with you throughout the whole sales process, keeping you up to date with the status, and recommend solicitors who we know will act quickly too. Equity Release - Can I release the equity and stay in my house ?
Yes! Once we have brought your home we simply rent it back to you at the standard market rent. You have now released the equity from your house and are able to stay there too for as long as you want. A perfect solution.
